Ordinance 342 an ordinance modifying chapter 3 of the City Code <br />regulating fireworks <br /> <br />Overview <br /> <br />The Lake Johanna Fire Department is requesting that member CitIes consider passing an <br />ordinance regulating consumer fireworks. More specifically, they are requesting that a license <br />be required to sell and store fireworks. A first reading and introduction of the ordinance is being <br />requested for the October 15, 2002 Council meeting. A second reading and adoption of the <br />ordinance would need to be done at a subsequent meeting. <br /> <br />Requested Action <br /> <br />Consider introduction and first reading of ordinance 342, an ordinance modifying chapter 3 of <br />the City Code regulating fireworks <br />
