The applicant negotiate an easement with the neighboring property owner for a <br />Fire Access drive around the rear of the building. <br />2. The applicant construct and maintain an access drive around the rear ofthe <br />building as per the Lake Johanna Fire Inspector's approval. <br />3. All necessary building permits are approved by the Building Inspector prior to <br />construction. <br /> <br />Outions <br /> <br />I. Recommend approval as submitted. <br />2. Pursuant to Minnesota State Statue, the city must act on this request by <br />November 11, 2002 (60 days), unless the City provides the petitioner with written <br />reasons for an additional 60 day review period.
