<br />Memo to Planning Commission <br />Planning Case #02-26: PUD Amendment <br />Page 4 of 4 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Staff Recommendation <br /> <br />In Planning Case #02-26, staff recommends that the Planned Unit Development <br />Amendment be approved with the following conditions: <br />1. The applicant negotiate an easement with the neighboring property owner for a <br />Fire Access drive around the rear of the building. <br />2. The applicant construct and maintain an access drive around the rear ofthe <br />building as per the Lake Johanna Fire Inspector's approval. <br />3. All necessary building permits are approved by the Building Inspector prior to <br />construction. <br /> <br />Outions <br /> <br />I. Recommend approval as submitted. <br />2. Recommend approval with conditions. <br />3. Recommend denial. If the City denies the petitioner's request, "". it must <br />state in writing the reasons for the denial at the time that it denies the request". <br />4. Pursuant to Minnesota State Statue, the city must act on this request by <br />November 11, 2002 (60 days), unless the City provides the petitioner with written <br />reasons for an additional 60 day review period.
