<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />~ <br />EN HILLS <br /> <br /> <br />MEMORANDUM <br /> <br />DATE: <br /> <br />Agenda Item 4-A <br /> <br />November 13, 2002 <br /> <br />TO: <br /> <br />Joe Lynch, City Administrator <br /> <br />Aaron Parrish - Community Services Director ;JI <br /> <br />FROM: <br /> <br />SUBJECT: <br /> <br />City Commissions / Conunittee Appointments <br /> <br />In anticipation of the Work Session next week, below are my comments relative to City <br />Commission and Committee Appointments. <br /> <br />Planning Commission <br /> <br />The following Planning Commissioners have indicated a desire to be reappointed in 2003: <br /> <br />1. Dave Sand, Chair <br />2. Clayton Zinunerman, Vice Chair <br />3. Ken Bezdicek <br />4. Megan Ricke <br />5. Cathy Smithknecht <br /> <br />Terri Duchenes has indicated that she will not be seeking reappointment to the Commission. <br />Taken in conjunction with the passing of Brad Lemberg, that leaves two vacancies assuming all <br />of the current Commissioners are reappointed. A notice advertising these vacancies will appear <br />in the upcoming edition of Arden Hills Notes. Notice will appear in the Bulletin and on the <br />Website as well. An application deadline has been set for December 6th. If the Council was <br />inclined to interview candidates, this could be done at the December 16th Work Session. <br /> <br />Website Taskforce <br /> <br />Since the website has bcen established, the role of the Website Taskforce has been somewhat <br />limited. However, they have provided important insight into the creation of a City Technology <br />Policy, Technology Master Plan, and miscellaneous website issues as they arise. Since the <br />
