The activity is the sale ofraffle tickets with a prize being a Harley <br />Davidson motorcycle, valued at nearly $20,000.00. Proceeds beyond the cost of the one prize <br />will go to supporting the Booster Club. <br /> <br />Minnesota State Lawful GamblingRules 317.A. limits raffle prize shall not exceed $50,000.00. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br /> <br />Staffrecommends Council approve Resolution No. 02-60, a resolution approving an application <br />for authorization for an exempt gambling permit for Moundsview High School Girls BasketBall <br />Booster Club, Inc. <br />
