<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />ARDEN HILLS REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES <br />NOVEMBER 12, 2002 <br /> <br />7 <br /> <br />Linda Swanson, 1124 Inl!erson, asked if it was possible that the report and <br />drawings be posted on the web site prior to the meeting on November 25, 2002. <br />She asked what the process was if the Council accepted this report. She asked if <br />they were going to proceed with this project as written, even though there were <br />still issues to be clarified and assessments had not been addressed. <br /> <br />Mayor Probst replied the next step was the Public Hearing, and at that time, the <br />feasibility study could be changed if the Council chose to do so. He noted the <br />assessments would be addressed at the Assessment Hearing, which was separate <br />from the Public Hearing. He stated the Public Hearing would be at the first <br />Council meeting in December and not on November 25th because there was not <br />sufficient time to publish notice. <br /> <br />The City Engineer replied he would post the requested information on the City <br />web site prior to the Public Hearing. <br /> <br />Mrs. Swanson asked when the Townhome Association could express concerns <br />regarding their portion of the assessments. Mayor Probst replied they could come <br />forward at the Assessment Hearing. <br /> <br />Judv Tekautz, 3319 North Dunlap, stated their neighborhood was <br />overwhelmingly in favor of keeping the access open and requested the access be <br />kept open. <br /> <br />MOTION: Council Member Larson moved and Council Member <br />Aplikowski seconded a motion to approve Resolution No. 02- <br />59: Receiving the 2003 PMP Feasibility Report, and to <br />schedule a Public Hearing on December 9, 2002. The motion <br />carried unanimously (5-0). <br /> <br />8. ADMINISTRATION <br /> <br />A. Replacement of the Three Water Meters that Monitor the Water Flow <br />from the City of Roseville to the City of Arden Hills <br /> <br />Mr. Moore explained that staff had received a telephone call from Dan Hansen, <br />Utility Maintenance Supervisor for the City of Roseville, informing Arden Hills <br />that one of three water meters that monitor the water sent from the City of <br />
