ARDEN HILLS REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES NOVEMBER 12, 2002 7 Linda Swanson, 1124 Inl!erson, asked if it was possible that the report and drawings be posted on the web site prior to the meeting on November 25, 2002. She asked what the process was if the Council accepted this report. She asked if they were going to proceed with this project as written, even though there were still issues to be clarified and assessments had not been addressed. Mayor Probst replied the next step was the Public Hearing, and at that time, the feasibility study could be changed if the Council chose to do so. He noted the assessments would be addressed at the Assessment Hearing, which was separate from the Public Hearing. He stated the Public Hearing would be at the first Council meeting in December and not on November 25th because there was not sufficient time to publish notice. The City Engineer replied he would post the requested information on the City web site prior to the Public Hearing. Mrs. Swanson asked when the Townhome Association could express concerns regarding their portion of the assessments. Mayor Probst replied they could come forward at the Assessment Hearing. Judv Tekautz, 3319 North Dunlap, stated their neighborhood was overwhelmingly in favor of keeping the access open and requested the access be kept open. MOTION: Council Member Larson moved and Council Member Aplikowski seconded a motion to approve Resolution No. 02- 59: Receiving the 2003 PMP Feasibility Report, and to schedule a Public Hearing on December 9, 2002. The motion carried unanimously (5-0). 8. ADMINISTRATION A.
