<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />~ <br />~HILLS <br /> <br />MEETING MINUTES <br />Draft <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA <br />SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br />MONDAY, NOVEMBER 18, 2002, 7:00 P.M. <br />CITY HALL COUNCIL CHAMBERS, 1245 WEST HIGHWAY 96 <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Present: Mayor Dennis Probst, Councilmembers Aplikowski, Re, <br />Larson and Grant. <br /> <br />Also Present: Administrator Lynch, <br /> <br />MOTION: Councilmember Aplikowski made a motion and Councilmember <br />Grant seconded to call to order the Special City Council Meet at 6:05 p.rn. <br />(Motion Passed: 5-0). <br /> <br />1. Planning Case 02-31: Variance Request: Harrington <br /> <br />Planner Hellegers explained that the applicant proposes a garage constructed five <br />foot variance to the 010 foot requirement. PZ recommends approval, based upon <br />the findings as found in the November 14,2002 staff report. <br /> <br />Mayor Probst opened the Comment Portion of the Public Hearing at 6:10 p.rn. <br /> <br />Mr. Hellegers presented two (2) letters of comments from Patricia Rodkewich and <br />Ann Poser, along with a letter (attached) from Ernie and Melinda which indicated <br />they were not opposed to the City Council granting the variance. <br /> <br />Hearing no additional comments, Mayor Probst closed the Public Comment <br />portion ofthe hearing at 6: 12 p.rn. <br /> <br />MOTION: Councilmember Grant made a motion and Councilmember <br />Rem seconded to approve Planning Case No.02-31 Harrington Variance to the five <br />(5) foot setback for the Side Yard Interior as submitted, with conditions. <br />(Motion Passed 5-0). <br />
