Letter to the GSA and Army <br /> <br />Overview <br /> <br />Attached is a letter to the GSA and Army indicating the City's interest in pursuing acquisition of <br />TCAAP property via early transfer authority. More specifically, it requests that a Finding of <br />Suitability for Early Transfer (FOSET) be prepared. In addition, the letter requests that the GSA <br />and Army begin the process of requesting a covenant deferral from the Governor's office. As <br />discussed at the Work Session, the letter requests that steps be taken to begin the early transfer <br />process, however, it does not obligate the City to a transfer. <br /> <br />Requested Action <br /> <br />Sign and authorize distribution ofthe letter to the GSA and Army <br />
