... .. .. 17. ACSI agrees to promptly respond to inquiries from the City of Arden Hills concerning data requests. . 18. ACSI agrees to hold the City of Arden Hills, its department heads and employees harmless from any claims resulting from the unlawful disclosure of the use of the data protection under State and Federal laws. 19. ACSI agrees to abide by the requirements and regulations of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (ADA), the Humans Rights Act (Minnesota Chapter 363 and Title VII of the Civil Rights Act ofl964.) These laws deal with discrimination based on race, gender, disability, religion, sexual preference, and sexual harassment. Violation of any of the above laws can lead to termination of this contract. 20. Either party, hereto, may cancel this contract after thirty (30) days written notice, thereof, to the other party. 21. Notices pursuant to this contract shall be given by deposit in the United States Mail, postage prepaid, addressed as follows: a. To ACSI: Mr. Richard L.
