The 2003 budget reflects changes <br />last discussed at the November 18, 2002, City Council Work Session budget discussion. <br /> <br />Recommendation <br />Staff recommends that the City Council consider adopting Resolution #02-63, approving the <br />2003 budget at the regular City Council Meeting of December 9,2002. <br />
