In the first year of the city or town I s <br />exercise of this option, the st.atement shall include an estimate <br />of the reduction of tJ1C metropolitan council's tax on the parcel <br />due to exercise of that option. The metropolitan council1s levy <br />sh~ll be adjusted accordingly. <br />[EFFECTIVE DATE.] This secti9Il is effective_ for notices <br />prepared after the day followinq final en,?:ctment. <br />~~1 3~ Minnesota Statutes 2000, section 383A_BO, <br />-Slon 4 I is amended to read: <br />Subd. 4.
