I have incorporated comments from Roger Jensen, the attorney for the Lake Johanna <br />Fire Department, in paragraphs 2.1, 11.5, and '11.6. " "," <br />" <br /> <br />If the agreement is acceptable to you, 1 would recommend that you forward it, through the Public <br />Safety Departments of Fa1con Heights and Vadnais Heights, to the city attorneys of those cities. <br />It is most helpful if these Joint Powers Agreements can be reviewed by all city attorneys before <br />they are forwarded to the city councils for approval. <br /> <br />By copy of this letter to Roger Jensen, attorney for the Lake Johanna Fire Department, I am <br />requesting that he forward the draft to the city attorneys for the cities of Shoreview, Arden Hills <br />and North Oaks for'their review.
