The neighbors to the east built up their property in their backyard so that water pools on the SE comer of <br />our lot and gets many inchcs dcep before it is high enough to get over the crest that they created with their <br />improvements, This area is undcr water every spring and any time we get substantial rain in the summer, <br />therefore making the SE comer impractical. This picture was taken after the small amount of rain that fell <br />last week. A much larger area is under water in the spring, <br /> <br />. <br />
