It is the best position for avoiding drainage areas. It is cosmetically the most pleasing <br />location. As noted by one of our next-door neighbors, "It helps shield Hamline". Because of the existing <br />row of evergreens, an electric pole, and the neighbor's large trees, it has no negative visual impact as viewed <br />from Hamline Avenue. <br /> <br />. <br />
