We are proposing to <br />construct an office building consisting of six office units which <br />shall be built in the format of an office condominium project. <br />We have designed the structure and project in harmony with the <br />requirements of the Neighborhood Business Zoning. Our request <br />for the approval of this project is submitted under the <br />provisions set forth in the City's Planned Unit Development <br />process.
