Planning Commission Meeting Minute excerpt <br /> <br />Request <br /> <br />The applicant is requesting review of an amendment to a Planned Unit Development to replace a <br />1,500 gallon nitrogen storage tank with a 13,000 gallon nitrogen storage tank and the <br />accompanying vaporizers. <br /> <br />Planninl! Commission Recommendation <br /> <br />The Planning Commission is recommending approval of Planning Case #02-33, Manufacturer's <br />Services, 4300 Round Lake Road, Planned Unit Development Amendment with the following <br />conditions: <br /> <br />I, The current screening enclosure shall be extended to enclose the area of the proposed <br />13,000"gallon nitrogen storage tank and the entire screening enclosure shall also <br />extend vertically (from 16') to the top of the vaporizer (23') to conceal the equipment <br />from direct view. <br />
