Planning Commission Meeting Minute excerpt <br /> <br />Request <br /> <br />The applicant is requesting approval of a Special Use Permit to allow high school enrollment at <br />the current North Heights Family Life Center on their Arden Hills campus, <br /> <br />Phlnninl! Commission Recommendation <br /> <br />The Planning Commission is recommending approval of Planning Case #02-34, North Heights <br />Church, 1700 Highway 96, Special Use Permit, with the following conditions: <br /> <br />I. The main parking lot access drive for the high school use shall be from Highway 96 <br />and North Heights Church shall direct as much traffic to the Highway 96 access drive <br />as possible. <br /> <br />Deadline for Al!encv Actions <br /> <br />The City of Arden Hills received the completed application for this request on November 8, <br />2002. Pursuant to Minnesota State Statue, the city must act on this request by January 7,2002 <br />(60 days), unless the City provides the petitioner with written reasons for an additional 60 day <br />review period. The city may with the petitioner's consent extend the review period beyond the <br />120 days, <br />
