<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />City of Arden Hills Retreat Proposal <br />Prepared by Marilyn Condon <br />December 4, 2002 <br /> <br />In interviews with city council members, the city administrator and deputy <br />clerk of Arden Hills, a strong desire was expressed to improve relationships <br />between and among council members and staff. Council members agreed <br />that with the election of a new mayor it would be appropriate to set a vision <br />for the future and review goals for 2003.
