<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 02-74 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE 2003 CITY CONTRIBUTION TO THE <br />NON-BARGAINING UNIT EMPLOYEE MONTHLY BENEFlTS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council approved four-hundred twelve ($412.00) per employee, <br />per month, shall be the Cities contribution toward non-bargaining employee benefits in calendar <br />year 2002, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council approved a three percent (3%) Increase to the <br />aforementioned contribution for calendar year 2003, <br /> <br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of Arden Hills does hereby <br />approve four-hundred twenty four dollars ($424.00) per month, per employee, shall be included <br />in the calendar year 2003 City Contribution to the Non-Bargaining Unit Employees Benefits. <br /> <br />ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS THIS <br />16th DAY OF DECEMBER, 2002. <br /> <br />DENNIS PROBST, MAYOR <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />JOSEPH P.
