Commission Recommendation <br /> <br />The Planning Commission is recommending approval of Planning Case #02-28, Dean and <br />Suzanne Volkert, 1330 Nursery Hill Lane, request for a variance of ten (10) feet from the Side <br />Yard Corner setback (location is shown as New Loc. A on the "Additional Site Analysis for a <br />Garden Shed") be approved subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br />L <br /> <br />The evergreens along the west property line must be maintained to ensure that the <br />shed is not highly visible from Hamline Avenue. <br />The trees to the north of the shed must be maintained to ensure that the shed is less <br />visible from Nursery Hill Lane. <br /> <br />2. <br />
