<br />; .. .... <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, Ramsey County, <br /> <br /> <br />Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall, at 1450 West Highway <br /> <br />96, Arden Hills, Minnesota on Monday, the ~day of Octnb~r , <br />1984, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The fOllowing councilmembers were present: Mayor Woodburn, <br />Councilmembers Hansen, Hicks and Mulcahy, <br />and the following were absent: Councilmember Rauenhorst <br /> <br />Councilmember <br /> <br />Hicks <br /> <br />introduced and moved the adoption <br /> <br />of the following resolution: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 84-45 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO APPORTIONMENT <br />OF ASSESSMENTS RELATING TO <br />IMPROVEMENT NO. SS-W-P-ST-8l-3 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden <br /> <br />Hills, Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the assessment roll for Improvement No. <br /> <br />SS-W-P-ST-8l-3 as adopted on August 29, 1983, was filed and cer- <br /> <br /> <br />tified to the County Auditor of Ramsey County on October 13, <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />1983, for the purpose of including installments thereof to be <br /> <br /> <br />collected along with real estate taxes for the year 1983, collec- <br /> <br />tible in 1984; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, since August 29, 1983, a number of parcels of pro- <br /> <br /> <br />perty contained within said assessment roll have been divided and <br /> <br />conveyed by a previous property owner; and <br />
