<br />, <br /> <br />\ <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />"" <br /> <br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, Ramsey County, <br /> <br />Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall, at l450 West Highway <br /> <br />96, Arden Hills, Minnesota on Monday, the 29th day of October <br /> <br />1984, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following councilmembers were present: Mayor Woodburn, <br />Councilmembers Hansen, Hicks and Mulcahy <br />and the following were absent: Councilm~mber Rauenhorst <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />Councilmember <br /> <br />Hicks <br /> <br />introduced and moved the adoption <br /> <br />of the following resolution: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 84-44 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO APPORTIONMENT <br />OF ASSESSMENTS RELATING TO <br />IMPROVEMENT NO. p-77-4 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden <br /> <br />Hills, Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the assessment roll for Improvement No. p-77-4 as <br /> <br />adopted on August 28, 1978, was filed and certified to the County <br />Auditor of Ramsey County on October 10, 1978, for the purpose of <br /> <br />including installments thereof to be collected along with real <br /> <br />estate taxes for the year 1978, collectible in 1979; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, since August 28, 1978, a number of parcels of pro- <br /> <br /> <br />perty contained within said assessment roll have been divided and <br /> <br />conveyed by a previous property owner; and <br />
