<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />I; <br /> <br />The City Clerk Administrator of the City of Arden Hills is <br />hereby authorized to prepare a certified copy of this resolution <br />and to certify the same to the County Auditor of Ramsey County, <br />Minnesota. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br />duly seconded by Councilmember Mulcahy , and upon vote <br />being taken thereon, the fOllowing voted in favor thereof: All <br />and the following voted against the same: None <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
