To facilitate the performance of said functions. it is <br />herehv a~reed that the County shall have full cooneration and assistance <br /> <br />frOIn the '!unicipalitv, its officers, a,..ents and eMplo"ees. <br /> <br />3. For the purpose Of "erformin" said functions, r.ountv shall <br /> <br />furnish and supply all necessary labor, supervision, e~ui"ment, co~unication <br /> <br />facilities and disnatchin", and sunnlies necesgarv to maintain the level of <br /> <br />service to be rendered hereunder. <br /> <br />4. All neputv Sheriffs, clerks, dispatchers and all other <br /> <br />"ersonnel oerfoming duties nursuant to this agreement shall at all times <br /> <br />be considered employees of the Countv for all purposes. <br /> <br />-2- <br />
