W. Houle, Inc. of Arden Hills, <br /> <br />Minnesota is the lowest responsible bidder at the tabulated price <br /> <br />of $327,035.59. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the <br /> <br />City of Arden Hills, Minnesota: <br /> <br /> <br />1. The Mayor and Clerk Administrator are hereby authorized <br /> <br /> <br />and directed to enter into a contract with C. W. Houle, Inc. for <br /> <br />$327,035.59 in the name of the City of Arden Hills for the above <br /> <br /> <br />improvement according to the plans and specifications thereof <br /> <br />heretofore approved by the City Council and on file in the office <br />of the City Clerk Administrator. <br /> <br />2. The City Clerk Administrator is hereby authorized and <br /> <br /> <br />directed to return forthwith to all bidders the deposits made <br /> <br /> <br />with their bids except the deposits of the successful bidder and <br /> <br /> <br />the next lowest bidder shall be retained until contracts have <br /> <br />been signed. <br />
