<br />. <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />RESOLUTION NO. 84-32 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING SUMS OF MONEY TO BE LEVIED FOR LEVY <br />YEAR 1984 PAYABLE IN 1985. AND AMENDING THE LEVY ON 1972 <br />IMPROVEMENT BONDS SERIES 2 AND 1977 GENERAL OBLIGATION <br />REFUNDING BONDS <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Arden Hills, County <br />of Ramsey, that the following sums of money be levied for levy year <br />1984, payable in 1985, upon taxable property in said City of Arden <br />Hills. for the following purposes: <br /> <br />General Fund <br />Shade Tree Disease Control <br />Water Utility <br /> <br />$761,173 <br />6.855 <br />7,383 <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the tax levy for 1984. payable 1985, <br /> <br />for Improvement Bonds be reduced as follows: <br /> <br />1972 Improvement Bonds Series 2 <br />from $41,200 to 0 <br />1977 General Obligation Refunding Bonds <br />from $14,500 to 0 <br /> <br />Due to the fact that the funds contain sufficient revenues to <br /> <br />pay 1985 bond installments. <br />Passed and approved by the Arden Hills City Council this 1st <br />day of October, 1984. <br /> <br />RL~~ <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />..
