<br />. <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> <br />Resolution No. 84-27 <br /> <br />ESTABLISHING WIDTH AND LANE STRIPING <br />ON HAMLINE AVENUE BETWEEN STH 96 AND <br />FLORAL DRIVE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, MN/Dot has requested that the City establish <br />the width and lane striping of Hamline Avenue from STH 96 to <br />Floral Drive so proper transition from the interchange to Hamline <br />Avenue can be constructed, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City held an informational meeting for <br />residents in the area on September 10, 1984, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council at that meeting reviewed <br />four basic alternatives, including roadway widths of 36 feet, <br />44 feet, 46 feet and 52 feet, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the existing right-of-way width of Hamline <br />Avenue is 66 feet, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council <br />selects the 46 foot roadway width with two 12 foot driving lanes, <br />one continuous 14 foot left turn lane and two 4 foot shoulders. <br /> <br />Passed by the Arden Hills City Council this 10th day <br />of September, 1984. <br /> <br />R~~~ <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Attest: <br /> <br />~. !/lfU <br /> <br />ar~es ' <br />Clerk Administrator <br />
