<br />~. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />AUGUST 20, 1984 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of <br /> <br />the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, Minnesota, was held <br /> <br />at the City Hall in said City on Monday, the 20th day of <br />August, 1984 at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Woodburn and <br />Councilmembers Rauenhorst, Hicks and Mulcahy; and the following <br />were absent: None. <br /> <br />Councilmember Rauenhorst introduced and moved the adoption <br /> <br />of the following resolution: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 84-24 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AWARDING BID FOR <br />IMPROVEMENT NO.
