<br />WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council <br /> <br />adopted April 9, 1984, a report has been prepared by the <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />City consulting engineer with reference to the improvement, <br /> <br />and this report was received by the Council on May 29, 1984. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council <br /> <br />of the City of Arden Hills, Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />1. The aforesaid petition is signed by the owners <br />of all property affected by said requested improvement in <br />accordance with Minn. Stat. 429.031, Subd. 3. <br /> <br />2. <br />ordered as <br />engineer. <br /> <br />Said improvement is feasible and is hereby <br />proposed in the report of the City consulting <br /> <br />3. The City consulting engineer is hereby designated <br />as the engineer for this improvement. He shall prepare plans <br />and specifications for the making of such improvement. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolu- <br />tion was duly seconded by Council member Mulcahy, and upon <br />roll call vote being taken thereon, the following voted in <br /> <br />favor thereof: all; and the following voted against: none; <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />. <br />
