<br />)~ <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of City Council <br />City of Arden Hills <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular <br /> <br />meeting of the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, <br /> <br />Minnesota, was duly held at the City Hall in said City on <br /> <br />Monday, the 26th day of March, 1984, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Woodburn <br /> <br />and Council Members Mulcahy, Hicks and Rauenhorst and the <br /> <br />following was absent: Council Member Christiansen. <br /> <br />Council Member Hicks introduced and moved the adoption <br /> <br />of the following resolution: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 84-10 <br />RESOLUTION DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION <br />N~D ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT ON <br />IMPROVEMENT NO. 84-1 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a certain petition requesting an improvement <br /> <br />in the City of Arden Hills on ,the South~1800 feet of the West <br /> <br />1/2 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 22, Township 30, Range 23, <br /> <br />(the Royal Hills North Plat) by the installation of sanitary <br /> <br />sewer, watermain, street, curb and gutter, storm sewer and <br /> <br />necessary appurtenances filed with the Council on February 27, <br /> <br />1984, is hereby declared to be signed by the required percen- <br /> <br />tage of owners of property affected thereby pursuant to <br /> <br />Minnesota Statutes, Sec. 429.035. <br />
