<br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> <br />Resolution No. 84-1 <br /> <br />DESIGNATION OF DEPOSITORIES AND CORPORATE <br />AUTHORIZATION RESOLUTI ON <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Tre~surer shall, <br />from tIme to time, ascertain that adequate security,' as required <br />by the laws of the S~llte of Minnesota, is furnished by such <br />depositories to protect the City's deposited funds against <br />financial loss; and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that checks of this corpora- <br />tion drawn on Norwest Bank St. Paul, N.A. and the Rosevllle <br />State Bank, hereinafter called the Bank, shall be signed by <br />three of the following officers: <br /> <br />Robert L.
