Woodburn <br />Councilmen Michael Christiansen, Diane McAllister and Thomas Mulcahy <br /> <br />and the fOllowing Were absent: Dale Hicks <br /> <br />Councilman Christianaen <br /> <br />introduced the following reso- <br /> <br />lution and moved its adoption: <br />Resolution No. 83-71 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO APPORTIONMENT <br />OF ASSESSMENTS RELATING TO <br />COMBINED IMPROVEMENT W-77-5 AND W-78-2 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden <br /> <br />HillS, Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the assessment roll for Combined Improvement <br /> <br />W-77-5 and W-78-2 as adopted on August 21, 1979, was filed and <br /> <br /> <br />certified to the County Auditor of Ramsey County on October 9, <br /> <br /> <br />1979, for the purpose of including installments thereof to be <br /> <br />COllected along with real estate taxes commencing in 1980; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, since August 21, 1979, a number of parcels of <br />property contained within said assessment roll have been <br /> <br />divided and conveyed by a previous property owner; and <br /> <br />-1- <br />
