<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of City Council <br />City of Arden Hills <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />-- <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, Ramsey County, <br /> <br />Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall, at 1450 West Highway <br /> <br />96, Arden Hills, Minnesota, on Monday, the 12th day of <br /> <br />December, 1983, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Robert <br />Councilmen Michael Christiansen, Diane McAllister, and <br />Mulcahy. <br />and the following were absent: Dale Hicks <br /> <br />L. Woodburn, <br />Thomas <br /> <br />Councilman Christiansen <br /> <br />introduced the fOllowing reso- <br /> <br />lution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 83-70 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO APPORTIONMENT <br />OF ASSESSMENTS RELATING TO CONSOLIDATED <br />SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENTS NOS. 12 AND 13 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden <br /> <br />Hills, Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the assessment roll for Consolidated Sanitary <br /> <br />Sewer Improvements Nos. 12 and 13 as adopted on September 28, <br /> <br />1970, was filed and certified to the County Auditor of Ramsey <br /> <br /> <br />County on October 28, 1970, for the purpose of including <br /> <br /> <br />installments thereof to be collected along with real estate <br /> <br />taxes commencing in 1971, and <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a hearing on supplemental assessments and reassess- <br /> <br />ments in respect to Consolidated Sanitary Sewer Improvements <br /> <br />-1- <br />
