<br />~.., <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it appears <br /> <br />~~ f7lhu <br />I <br /> <br />that 0 and P Contracting Inc. of <br />, is the lowest responsible bidder at <br /> <br />the tabulated price of $192,777.70. <br /> <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the <br /> <br /> <br />City of Arden HillS, Minnesota: <br /> <br />1. The Mayor and Clerk Administrator are hereby authorized <br /> <br />and directed to enter into a contract with 0 and P COntracting <br /> <br />Inc. for $192,777.70 in the name of the City of Arden Hills for <br /> <br />the above improvement according to the plans and specifications <br /> <br />thereof heretofore approved by the City Council and on file in <br />the office of the City Clerk Administrator. <br />2. The City Clerk Administrator is hereby authorized and <br />directed to return forthwith to all bidders the deposits made <br /> <br />with their bids except the deposits of the successful bidder and <br />the next lowest bidder shall be retained until contracts have <br /> <br />been signed. <br />The motion was seconded by Councilman Hicks and upon vote <br /> <br />being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor <br /> <br />Robert Woodburn, Councilmen Dale Hicks and Diane McAllister; and <br />the following voted against the same: None; whereupon said <br /> <br />resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />-2- <br />
