<br />. <br /> <br />NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br />ON A PROPOSAL FOR A COMMERCIAL <br />FACILITIES DEVELOPMENT PROJECT <br /> <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Notice Is hereby given that the City CouncIl of the <br />City of Arden Hills, Minnesota will meet at the City Hal~ ~n <br />t~e City of Arden HIlls, Minnesota at 1::..:80 p.m. on <br />~';:?cf'. ?l'cfg , to consider the proposal of Arden <br />Hills Business Center Partnership - Phase I, thet the CIty <br />assist In financing a project hereinafter described by the <br />Issuance of Industrial development revenue bonds. <br /> <br />DescriptIon of Project <br /> <br />The proposed project shal I consist of the <br />acquisition of land and the construction and <br />equipping thereon of an approximate 48,000 <br />square foot office, office/showroom <br />facilItIes to be located at the southeast <br />corner of the Intersection of Pine Tree DrIve <br />and County Road E In Arden Hills, Minnesota. <br /> <br />The estimated princIpal amount of bonds or other <br />obllglltlons to be Issued to finance this project Is $5,650,000. <br /> <br />Said bonds or other obligatIons If and when Issued <br />will not constItute a charge, lien or encumbrllnce upon any <br />property of the City except the project and such bonds or <br />obligations wi II not be a charge against the City's general <br />credit or taxing powers but are payable from sums to be paid by <br />Arden Hills Business Center Partners - Phase I pursuant to a <br />reven ue agreemant. <br /> <br />A draft copy of the proposed application to the <br />Commissioner of Energy and Economic Development, State of <br />Minnesota, for approval of the project, together with al I <br />attachments and exhibits thereto, Is available for public <br />Inspection beginning November 7, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., <br />Monday through.
