<br />"; .. <br /> <br />GOUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> <br />Rssolution No, 83-57 <br /> <br />DES~GNAT!ON OF AMERICAN SAViNGS AND LOAN <br />AS ADDITIONAL DEPOSiTORY OF FUNDS OF THE <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Resolution No. 83-! designates the Northwest- <br /> <br />ern National Bank of St. Paul and the Rosevl lie state Bank as <br /> <br />official depositories for funds of the City of Arden Hi lis for <br />the calendllr yeer 1983, end <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Resolution No. 83-2 designlltes additional <br /> <br />depositories for investment purposes, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is desirable to Invest City funds at the <br /> <br />highest aval table IntGrest rate, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED that affective <br /> <br />this day American Savings and Loan, Stockton, California, is <br />designated an additional depository for the sole purpose of <br /> <br />investing funds of the City of Arden Hills, and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Treasurer is au <br /> <br />authorized to take whatever actions are n&cessary to make In- <br /> <br />vestments at the aforesaid depository and to ascertain that <br /> <br />adequate security, 85 required by the laws of the State of <br />Minnesota, is furnished by the depositories to protect the <br /> <br />Clty's deposited fund:;; against financiiJll loss. <br /> <br />P~ssed by the City Council this 11th day of October, <br /> <br />~983 , <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />e~~ <br />Roba rt L.
