<br />. <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> <br />Resolution No. 83-55 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING FEES AND LIABILITY <br />INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS FOR ALCOHOLIC BEVER- <br />AGES, AMUSEMENTS AND RECREATION, VARIOUS <br />BUSINESSES, ITINERANT FOOD VENDORS AND <br />VENDING MACHINES; AMENDING RESOLUTION NOS. <br />81-6, 81-12, 82-8 AND 82-41 AND ABOLISHING <br />RESOLUTION NO. 81-11 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 217 provides that fees <br /> <br /> <br />~ be established by resolution from time to time adopted by <br /> <br /> <br />the City Council, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Finance Committee, after cereful study, <br />has recommended changes In the present fee schedule. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the following <br /> <br />fees and liability Insurance requirements are hereby estab- <br /> <br />II shed: <br /> <br />Activity <br /> <br />Alcoholic Bevera~es: <br />I.
