<br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> <br />Resolution No. 83-54 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING FEE FOR INSPECTION <br />AND CERTIFICATION OF MOBILE HOMES SOLD IN <br />MOBILE-HOME PARKS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 217 provides that fees be <br /> <br /> <br />. established by resolution from time to time adopted by the <br /> <br /> <br />City Council, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, State law requires mobile homes sold <br />In mobile home parks to meet certain life safety requirements, <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Building Inspector Is charged with <br /> <br /> <br />enforcement of the State law and certification, In writing, <br /> <br /> <br />that the mobile home Is In compliance with said safety requlre- <br /> <br />men ts . <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that a fee of $25.00 <br /> <br />be established for inspection and certification of mobile <br /> <br />homes sold In mobile home parks. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the above fee shall be <br />effectl ve August B, 1983. <br /> <br />Passed by <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />the Arden Hills Council this <br /> <br />jld day <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />, 1983. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />(J.;iST: .r-;m (f) .
