In event of dispute 1,et",een the <br /> <br />narties as to the extent of the duties and functions to ~e rendered <br /> <br />hereunder~ or the level or manner of ~erformance of such service, t~e <br /> <br />deter",ination thereof made bv the Sheriff of the Count'- shall he final <br /> <br />and conclusive as between the parties hereto, ryrovidec.! hmJever, t'1at <br /> <br />upon notice h" the "unicipalitv, the parties shall ne90tiate their <br /> <br />differences in accordance with the provisions of paragraph II hereof. <br /> <br />Services oerformed hereunder shall include but not he limited <br /> <br />to traffic lall enforcement includin~ the re~ular use of radar as a sneed <br /> <br />deterrent, non-traffic ordinance la,. enforcement, license inspection <br /> <br />and enforcement, and the re?ular natrol 0< business and residential <br /> <br />areas within the '!uniciralitv. <br /> <br />Services shall he provided 24 hours ner day and shall be <br /> <br />"erformed bv the number of deputies and other personnel budgeted for <br /> <br />in the herein attached Exhibit "A". <br /> <br />2. To facilitate the performance of said functions, it is <br /> <br />herebv a?,reed that the County shall have full coooeration and assistance <br /> <br />froe':. the ~'!unicipalitv, its off:icers, agents and emplo'''ees. <br /> <br />3. for the purpose of nerformin~ said functions, Countv shall <br /> <br />furnish and supply all necessary labor, supervision, enui?ment, com~unication <br /> <br />facilities and disnatchin~, and sunolies necessarv to 11'aintain the level of <br /> <br />service to be rendered hereunder. <br /> <br />4. All Deputy Sheriffs, clerks, dispatchers and all other <br /> <br />personnel performin9 duties nursuant to this agreement s',all at all ti11'es <br /> <br />be considered ei':mloyees of t~1e County for all l)ur'!'oses ~ <br /> <br />-2- <br />
