v . . - Extract of Minutes of Meeting of City Council City of Arden Hills Ramsey County, Minnesota Held: August 8, 1983 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City Council of the City of Arden Hills met in regular session at the City Hall on Monday, the 8th day of August, 1983, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Mayor Woodburn and Councilmen Hicks, McAllister, Mulcahy and Christiansen; and the fOllowing were absent: None. Councilman McAllister introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: Resolution No. 83-4l RESOLUT!ONRECEIVING REPORT AND PROVIDING FOR PUBLIC HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT NO. W-83-5 BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Arden Hills as follows: l. By resolution adopted July 25, 1983, the Council has directed the City Consulting Engineer to prepare a preliminary report as to the feasibility of a proposed improvement on all that property abutting S.T.H. lO south of S.T.H. 96 and north of 1-694 by the construction of watermain and necessary appurtenances. The Consulting Engineer was also directed to include in the report the estimated cost of the proposed improvement and as to whether such improvement should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement. The preliminary report and cost estimate have been submitted and considered by the Council and are hereby approved and directed to be placed on file in the office of the City Clerk Administrator. The improvement proposed to be made in the general manner set forth in the report is designated as Improvement No. W-83-5. 2. The Council shall meet at the City Hall, l450 West Highway 96, in said City, on August 29, 1983, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. for the purpose of holding a public hearing on the
