<br />'" <br /> <br />( <br /> <br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of Ci ty Council <br />City of Arden Hills <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular <br /> <br />meeting of the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, <br /> <br /> <br />Minnesota, was duly held at the City Hall in said City on <br /> <br />Monday, the 25th day of July, 1983, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br />The following members were present: Mayor Woodburn and <br />Councilmen McAllister, Christiansen and Mulcahy; and the <br />following was absent: Councilman Hicks. <br /> <br />Councilman McAllister introduced and moved the adoption <br />of the following resolution: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 83-38 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF <br />REPORT ON IMPROVEMENT NO. W-83-4 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve that portion of the <br />City of Arden Hills including all that property abutting <br />S.T.H. 96 west of S.T.H. 10 and all that property abutting <br />S.T.H. 10 north of S.T.H. 96 by the construction of watermain <br /> <br />and necessary appurtenances, and to assess the benefitted pro- <br />perty for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pur- <br /> <br />suant to Minn. Stat. Section 429.011 to 429.lll (Minnesota <br /> <br />Statutes 1961). <br />NOW. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />That the proposed improvement be referred to the City <br />Consulting Engineer for study and that he is instructed to <br />report to the Council with all convenient speed, advising the <br />Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed impro- <br />vement is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as <br />proposed or in connection with some other improvement, and the <br />estimated cost of the improvement as recommended. <br />
