<br />.. <br /> <br />r' <br /> <br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of City Council <br />City of Arden Hills <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular <br /> <br /> <br />~ meeting of the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, <br /> <br /> <br />Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall, 1450 West Highway <br /> <br /> <br />96, in said City, on Monday, the lIth day of July, 1983, at <br /> <br /> <br />7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Woodburn and <br />Councilmen MUlcahy, Christiansen, McAllister and Hicks7 and <br /> <br />the following were absent: None. <br />Councilman Hicks introduced the following resolution and <br /> <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No.~3~~6 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO IMPROVEMENT NO. SS-W-P-ST-83-3 <br />DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND <br />ORDERING PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT ROLL <br /> <br />WHEREAS, contracts have been let for Improvement No. <br />SS-W-P-ST-83-3 of the City of Arden Hills on all that property <br />identified as Hazelnut Park Addition, Phase I, in the City of <br />Arden Hills, by the installation of sanitary sewer, watermain, <br />storm sewer, bituminous paving, concrete curb and gutter and <br />necessary appurtenances, and <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the foregoing is in the area described in the <br />legal notice relating to the original hearing on the improve- <br />ment and the resolution relating thereto, and the contract <br />price for such improvement is $ 110.600.00 and the other expen- <br />ses incurred or to be incurred in the making of said improve- <br />ment will be $ 29.270.00 so that the total cost of the <br />improvement will be $ 139.870.00, and of this cost the City <br />will pay $ -6- as its share of the cost. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the <br />City of Arden Hills, Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />I. The cost to be specially assessed is hereby declared <br />to be $ 139,870.00. <br /> <br />2. The City Clerk Administrator, together with the <br />assistance of the City Consulting Engineer, shall forthwith <br />
