A Extract of Minutes of Meeting of Ci ty Council City of Arden Hills Ramsey County, Minnesota Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall, l450 West Highway 96, in said City, on Monday, the llth day of July, 19a3, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Mayor Woodburn and Councilmen Mulcahy, Christiansen, McAllister and Hicks; and the following were absent: None. Councilman Hicks introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: Resolution No. 83-34, RESOLUTION RELATING TO IMPROVEMENT NO. SS-W-p-ST-8l~5 DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT ROLL WHEREAS, contracts have been let for Improvement No. SS-W-P-ST-81-5 of the City of Arden Hills on all that property in the general area north of Floral Drive, east of Trunk Highway 10, south of Briarknoll Second Addition, and west of the east boundary of the City park by the installation of sanitary sewer, water, storm drainage facilities, bituminous paving, concrete curb and gutter and necessary appurtenances, and WHEREAS, the foregoing is in the area described in the legal notice relating to the original hearing on the improve- ment and the resolution relating thereto, and the contract price for such improvement is $ 155.173.86and the other expen- ses incurred or to be incurred in the making of said improve- ment will be $ 50.240. 14 so that the total cost of the "improvement will be $205.414.00, and of this cost the City will pay $ -0- as its share of the cost. NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, Minnesota, as follows: l. The cost to be specially assessed is hereby declared to be $ 205,414.0Q
