<br />) <br /> <br />-. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the <br />City of Arden Hills, Minnesota: <br />1. The Mayor and Clerk Administrator are hereby authorized <br />and directed to enter into a contract with H. B. H. Construction <br />Co. for $22,728.20 in the name of the City of Arden Hills for <br />the above improvement according to the plans and specifications <br />thereof heretofore approved by the City Council and on file in <br />the office of the City Clerk Administrator. <br />2. The City Clerk Administrator is hereby authorized and <br />directed to return forthwith. to all bidders the deposits made <br />with their bids except the deposits of the successful bidder <br />and the next lowest bidder shall be retained until contracts <br />have been signed. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br />duly seconded by Councilman McAllister and upon vote being taken <br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: All; and the <br />following voted against the same: None; whereupon said reso- <br />lution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
