<br />,. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />.,. <br /> <br />-- <br /> <br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of City Council <br />City of Arden Hills <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting <br /> <br />of the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, Minnesota, was <br /> <br />duly held at the City Hall in said City on Tuesday, the 3lst <br /> <br />day of May, 1983, at 5:00 o'clock p.m. <br />The following members were present: Mayor Woodburn and <br />Councilmen Mulcahy and Hicks; and the following were absent: <br />Councilmen McAllister and Christiansen. <br /> <br />Councilman Hicks introduced and moved the adoption of the <br />following resolution: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 83-3l <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AWARDING BID FOR <br />IMPROVEMENT NO. SS-W-P-ST-83-3 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to advertisement for bids for the above <br />improvement, according to the plans and specifications thereof <br />on file in the office of the Clerk Administrator of said City, <br />said bids were received on May 25, 1983, at 2:00 o'clock p.m., <br /> <br />opened and tabulated according to law and the following bids <br /> <br />were received complying with the advertisement: <br /> <br />Bidder <br /> <br />Amount <br /> <br />Hydrocon, Inc. <br />American Contracting Corp. <br />Dawson Construction <br />H.
