Woodburn, <br />Councilmen Michael Christiansen, Dale Hicks, Diane McAllister and <br />Tom Mulcahy <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Councilman <br /> <br />Mulcahy <br /> <br />introduced the following reso- <br /> <br />, <br />lution and moved its adoption: <br />Resolution No. 83-30 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO APPORTIONMENT <br />OF ASSESSMENTS RELATING TO <br />IMPROVEMENT NO. ST-81-2 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden <br /> <br />Hills, Minnesota, as follows: <br />WHEREAS, the assessment roll for Improvement No. ST-81-2 <br /> <br />as last finally adopted on August 23, 1982, was filed andcer- <br />tified to the County Auditor of Ramsey County on September 28, <br /> <br />1982, for the purpose of including installments thereof to be <br /> <br />collected along with real estate taxes commencing in 1983; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, since that date a number of parcels of property <br /> <br />contained within said assessment roll have been divided and <br /> <br />~ conveyed by previous property owners; and <br />WHEREAS, the County Auditor of Ramsey County requires that <br />apportionmertt of the original assessment against each original <br />
