<br />j <br /> <br />... <br />, <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of City Council <br />City of Arden Hills <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, Minnesota, was <br /> <br />duly held at the City Hall in said City on Monday, the 25th day <br /> <br />of April, 1983, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Woodburn and <br /> <br />Councilmen Hicks, MCAllister, Mulcahy and Christiansen; and <br /> <br />the following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Couhcilman Hicks introduced and moved the adoption of the <br />, <br /> <br />following resolution: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 83-26 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND <br />SPECIFICATIONS AND ORDERING ADVERTISEMENT <br />FOR BIDS ON IMPROVEMENT NO. SS-W-P-ST-83-3 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution passed by the City Council <br /> <br />on March 28, 1983, the City Consulting Engineer has prepared <br />plans and specifications for Improvement No. SS-W-P-ST-83-3 <br /> <br />and has presented such plans and specification~ to the Council <br />for approval. <br /> <br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF ARDEN <br />,HILLS, MINNESOTA:, <br /> <br />1. Such plans and specifications, copies of which are <br />attached hereto, and made a part hereof, are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2. The City Clerk Administrator shall prepare and cause <br />to be inserted in the New Brighton Bulletin, the official <br />paper, and in the Construction Bulletin, an advertisement for <br />bids upon the making of such approved plans and specifications. <br />The advertisement for Improvement No. SS-W-P-ST-83-3 shall be <br />published as required by law, shall specify the work to be <br />
