<br />~ <br /> <br />f <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of City Council <br />City of Arden Hills <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />March 28, 1983 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, Minnesota, was <br /> <br />held in the City Hall in said City on Monday, the 28th day of <br />March, 1983, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Woodburn and <br /> <br />Councilmen Hicks, McAllister, Mulcahy and Christiansen; and <br /> <br />the following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Councilman Hicks introduced the following resolution and <br /> <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 83-23 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT NO. <br />SS-W-P-ST-83-3 PURSUANT TO PETITION <br />BY 100% OF OWNERS OF AFFECTED PROPERTY <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council received a petition from the <br /> <br />owner of the real property identified as Hazelnut Park <br /> <br />Addition, Phase 1, in the City of Arden Hills, requesting that <br /> <br />the Council install sanitary sewer, watermain, storm sewer, <br /> <br />bituminous paving, concrete curb and gutter and necessary <br /> <br />appurtenances at said location and requesting that the entire <br /> <br />cost of said improvement be assessed against his property; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted <br /> <br />February 14, 1983, a report has been prepared by the City <br /> <br />Consulting Engineer with reference to the improvement, and <br /> <br />- <br />this report was received by the Council on March 28, 1983. <br />
