Extract of Minutes of Meeting of City Council City of Arden Hills Ramsey County, Minnesota February 28, 1983 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City Council of the City of Arden Hills met in regular session at the City Hall on Monday, the 28th day of February, 1983, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Councilmen McAllister, Hicks and Mulcahy; absent: Councilman Christiansen. Mayor Woodburn and and the following was Councilman McAllister introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: Resolution No. 83-16 RESOLUTION RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 83-11 AND RESCHEDULING PUBLIC HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT NO. SS-83-2 ;. WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 83-11 adopted by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills on February 14, 1983, a public feasibility hearing was called for Improvement No. SS-83-2 on Monday, March 28, 1983, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. at the city Hall, and WHEREAS, the Council has determined that the hearing should be held on Monday, March 14, 1983, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. in the City Hall of the City of Arden Hills. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills that the Council shall meet at the City Hall, 1450 West Highway 96, in said City, on March 14, 1983, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. for the purpose of holding a public hearing on the proposed improvement under and pursuant to the provisions of Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, and the Clerk Administrator is hereby authorized and directed to cause notice of the time, place and purpose of that meeting to be published twice in the official newspaper, New Brighton Bulletin, which publications shall be a week apart, and the second publication shall be not less than three days before the date of the hearing.
