<br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> <br />Resolution No, 83 - 13 <br /> <br />/,. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION REQUESTING STATE OF MINNESOTA, <br />DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION TO ENTER INTO <br />A COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT FOR FUNDING IMPROVE- <br />MENTS TO T.H, 51 - 1-694 INTERCHANGE AT <br />HAMLl NE AVENUE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Arden Hills and the State of <br />Minnesota, Department of Transportation have met and mutually <br /> <br />agreed that the Trunk Highway 5.1 - Interstate 694 Interchange <br /> <br />ramps to Hamllne Avenue In the vicinity of County Road F and <br />Floral Drive could be Improved for traffic safety, and, <br />WHEREAS, the State of Minnesota owns the above-said <br /> <br />ramps and right-of-way of Hamllne Avenue north of Floral Drive, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Councl I <br /> <br /> <br />of the City of Arden Hills, that the Commissioner of Transpor- <br /> <br />tatlon of the State of Minnesota Is requested to take such <br /> <br />steps as may be necessary to program Improvements to the Trunk <br /> <br />Highway 51 - Interstate 694 interchange ramps and to Hamline <br /> <br />Avenue, and, <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City of Arden Hi I Is <br /> <br />is wi "Ing to participate In the cost of said Improvements by <br />providing preliminary design services and by preparing plans <br />and specifications for said Improvements and Is wll ling to pay <br /> <br />Its share of construction cost for Improvements of Hamllne <br /> <br />Avenue owned by the City of Arden Hi lis. <br /> <br />Passed by the Arden Hills Council this 14th day.of February, <br /> <br />1983. <br /> <br />'-l. <br /> <br />tf~~~ <br /> <br />Robert L, Woodburn <br />Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br />~,@~ <br /> <br />Clerk Administrator <br />
