<br />. <br /> <br />/. <br /> <br />? <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of City Council <br />City of Arden Hills <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />February 14, 1983 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City Council <br />'of the City of Arden Hills met in regular session at the City <br />Hall on Monday, the 14th day of February, 1983, at 7:30 o'clock <br />p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: <br />Councilmen McAllister, Mulcahy, Hicks and <br />the following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Mayor Woodburn and <br />Christiansen; and <br /> <br />Councilman Christiansen introduced the following resolu- <br />tion and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 83-11 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND PROVIDING <br />FOR PUBLIC HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT NO. SS-83-2 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Arden Hills <br />as follows: <br /> <br />l. By resolution adopted January 31, 1983, the Council <br />has directed the City Consulting Engineer to prepare a pre- <br />liminary report as to the feasibility of a proposed improvement <br />including all that property located in the South 1/2 of the <br />Northeast 1/4 of Section 27, Township 30, Range 23 (1315 Red <br />Fox Road) in the City of Arden Hills by the extension of <br />sanitary sewer and necessary appurtenances. The Consulting <br />Engineer was also directed to include in the report the esti- <br />mated cost of the proposed improvement and as to whether such <br />improvement should best be made as proposed or in connection <br />with some other improvement. The preliminary report and cost <br />estimate have been submitted and considered by the Council <br />and are hereby approved and directed to be placed on file in <br />the office of the City Clerk Administrator. The improvement <br />proposed to be made in the general manner set forth in the <br />report is designated as Improvement No. SS-83-2. <br /> <br />2. The Council shall meet at the City Hall, 1450 West <br />Highway 96, in said City, on March 28, 1983, at 7:30 o'clock <br />p.m. for the purpose of holding a public hearing on the pro- <br />posed improvement under and pursuant to the provisions of <br />Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, and the Clerk Administrator <br />is hereby authorized and directed to cause notice of the <br />time, place and purpose of that meeting to be published twice <br />in the official newspaper, New Brighton Bulletin, which <br />
